The location was perfect! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The kids’ play area was a lovely treat.
Not too many slots for swimming pool

The location, Dennis on the door proper old cockney Londoner absolute gentleman. Stefan at reception who pointed us in the correct direction for everything. Another proper London lad. This is what we love about London real Londoners imo the hotel lacked this. The restaurant Chino Latino outstanding dinner.
The room we had 1032 was a little bit tired looking, chipped wood on the side of the cabinets doors hanging off on the tv unit, carpet stained, breakfast. After such an outstanding dinner was expecting breakfast to be good, but sadly not. Bacon so fatty, sausages burnt, hot food other than scrambled egg was cold and I think I just got lucky as it was just replenished. Warm OJ and Apple juices, not great

Comfortable room in a good location.
Staff had a very poor attitude and were not friendly or helpful.
I requested that the sofa bed be made up as well as the double bed, in a message to the hotel when I booked the room. I was assured that this would be done.
They when I spoke to a member of staff when I checked in on Sunday afternoon, again I was told this would be done. However when I came back to my room later in the evening I was very upset to find that it had NOT been done. It took speaking to the manager before eventually the sofa bed was made up.
