Great place to stay in Khiva. It’s by the South Gate, a short walk to the walls and a short walk into the centre of the old town. Decor is lovely and the room was spacious and in very good condition. No hesitation in recommending. Useful that taxis can park and drop off/pick up right outside. Roof terrace was accessible for views, just the bar not operating.

Great position inside the walls of the old city. Very close to the main sights as well as plenty of places to eat and drink.
Very comfortable and quiet room with a good bathroom.
Excellent breakfast.
Friendly and helpful young man on reception, made me feel very welcome.

location of the property is in the heart of Tourist interest.
1. The breakfast was ordinary.
2. There was no method to Reach the reception unless you physically go one floor down.
3. Many a times the reception is not manned especially during the night.
