The location and the front desk staff AZAD was great and very helpful!
The bed was very hard; like sleeping on a box, not comfortable at all.

The property was centrally located, very useful to seeing historic sites within minutes of walking. The staff is great particularly the young man Asad Bec who not only helped us in settling but accompanied us to show some areas of interest.
Probably a lift would have ideal but one floor up is manageable

The staff was very nice. Breakfast was very good, i was looking forward to having breakfast every day, and the receptionist speaks fairly goon English which is very helpful.
The bathroom was not ok. The bathtub can not be used because there is no plug. What do you do with a bathtub without plug? I helped myself with a little round hotel soap that fitted perfectly as a plug. When I took it out for the water to go down the drainpipe, it flooded the bath floor.
