The location was great! Room size was very good for Amsterdam. Also really appreciated the free coffee and tea even though I didn’t have breakfast included.
Not a lot of sound proofing - I could hear a lot from neighbouring rooms.

Loved the location and the staff. The room was quiet. The bed was comfortable…
It was on the expensive side for what I wanted to pay.

Great service
I was on top floor with no fire escape or secondary exit. Fire hazard.

room was ok, clean and decent size, location is also ok close to tram and bars/restaurants, breakfast was good.
I didn't like the check-in experience, you need to check in online which I didn't do, so then we entered the building and had to do the check-in ourselves . it was long and unnecessary for the price that you pay for this hotel.
i understand that you want to reduce costs by not having staff at night, but I didn't appreciate having to type 10 minutes to check-in 4 people and 2 rooms and 1 night.
