The staff were very nice and friendly. Good location, nice suburb, 10-15 minute walk to the museums. They provided a lovely personal greeting card upon arrival and some chocolates, nice touch.
The rooms were average. They were a good size, but the floors are not carpeted and I can hear our neighbours upstairs walking around. The rooms are set to 22-23 degrees, too warm for our liking and whenever we tried to turn it down it would stay the same temperature. The floor fan slightly helped. We had a rain shower that was annoying to use, the water doesn't flow straight down but at multiple angles which would get our hair wet and there was no shower cap provided (I assume we would be given one if we asked reception, but I also think it's a basic amenity that should already be provided in the rooms). The beds at least were nice and supportive and we could choose the softness of our pillows.
