Breakfast was delicious although a little hectic at the popular time. The rooms were lovely and the staff were wonderful. The food and drink on offer in the afternoon were a lovely extra.

The staff were excellent, gluten free items for breakfast, nice happy hour from 4-7 and museums in close walking distance in a nice neighborhood.

Friendly staff; availability of snacks/food at most times; pleasant common sitting area; great location
Breakfast room is overcrowded and staff can not keep up with needed bowls, plates, food, etc..... Common areas are airless, so if one person has a cold everyone else is sure to have good exposure. There is no fresh air ventilation system other than opening a window or door, which others will promptly close because of the draft. Rooms and bathrooms are tiny and cramped; better design could make them more usable/practical.
