Excellent mix of city center, spacious apartment and great workplace. If you do not need concierge service and looking for space. This is for you.
Can be a challenge with all those stairs.

We stayed 4 nights as a couple and felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. The hotel is spotless and precise in every detail, and you can tell someone genuinely cares about the little things. The space is large and comfortable, with a real "home away from home" feel rather than a typical hotel room. We were pleasantly surprised to find the fridge fully stocked and fresh flowers waiting for us, small touches that make a big difference.
Ferry, the owner, provided an outstanding level of service: caring, available, and professional.
Highly recommended

Ferry is a natural host and a special character. Communication before our arrival was really easy and helpful. He informed us about the area, listened to what we were looking for and helped us find it. His passion for life and his work is very evident. The Empire Suite is amazingly comfortable and supplies are generous. The location is tucked away yet a stone's throw from the centre of Amserdam.
Nothing!
