Easy to get to from the M4 and the swimming pool was a lovely bonus after a long day! Staff were welcoming- thankyou!!

Lovely big bedroom. Very clean but tired. Excellent breakfast.
Very quiet at nights - no banging doors or people walking/talking on corridors.
Bathroom could have done with a repaint.

The hotels facilities was good. The rooms were a good size.
The restaraunt menu was not what was offered online. We was met with a set 2 or 3 course meal with hardly any variation - why are there only two pizzas and both vegetarian?! The food was poor quality to say the least.
The rooms needs a good spruce up - tiles grubby and loose and the toilet self filled all night. Nosiey guests next door ment a poor nights sleep and awaken by 3am.
