Quant and very clean, we will be back for sure.
The staff seemed a bit brisk due to the hotel being very full. It was a little of a detractor. We also were almost charged double for a bar receipt printed twice.

Convenience of location to A34, comfortable and friendly helpful staff on reception
Not too keen on the glass door to bathroom, otherwise the room was fine

Staff very friendly & attentive,
Lovely decor.
Good breakfast
Although the decor is lovely , paintwork & carpet’s getting tired

Rooms are well decorated and good spec. Staff were friendly.
Finding a hair in the bed and in the bathroom that didn’t belong to us. Not being told that you had to ask for milk to make a cup of tea and then but having anywhere to store it to it cool. Breakfasts were disappointing with the full English in the first morning being lukewarm, sourdough toast on the second morning was so hard the crusts couldn’t be cut or eaten. The venue seemed to be very short staffed but the staff that we did meet were very friendly and accommodating.
