We don’t think that the room had been vacuumed as there were quite a few bits on the carpet.
Disappointed that our room hadn’t been serviced on our 2nd day.

Breakfast and evening meal very good
Being challenged twice for non payment of my room. I paid in full after my evening meal. However after breakfast I was challenged at reception for non payment of my room I produced my receipt and received an apology. However on leaving with my wife and laden with bags and a suitcase I was once again challenged for non payment of the room this time at the main public entrance I yet again produced my receipt and received an apology. The Hotel needs to update it's computer system or retrain the staff to prevent this unpleasantness of being challenged occurring again
