Convenience and easy to get train to London .
The staff at breakfast were very friendly
Lift out of action for too long

Great location, parking was value for money at £7.00 near by carpark with the ibis validation. Breakfast was very good at £8.00 each if you book it with reception which wasn't advertised until the waitress told us it would cost £12.00 each if we booked
it with the restaurant.
Nothing really.

The location is ideal for the train to London and coach to Heathrow. The room was clean and actually a good size with a sofa bed too.
Unfortunately the noise from other rooms was noticeable, from above and beside our room. You could hear every flush from rooms around you.
