Ocean House #1405 is a Gulf-front condominium located on the fourth floor of Building I, offering beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. This approximately 1000 square-feet condo features two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and Gulf views from both the living room and the Gulf-facing primary bedroom.
The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen, an in-unit washer and dryer, and comfortable accommodations for up to 6 guests.
Bedroom and Sleeping Arrangements:
Gulf-Front Primary Bedroom: King bed with Gulf views and an en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. This bathroom can also be accessed from the hallway.
Second Bedroom: Queen bed with an attached bathroom featuring a stand-alone shower.
Living Room: Sofa bed for additional sleeping space.

Ocean House #1405 is an excellent choice for families seeking a spacious Gulf-front vacation rental with beautiful water views, convenient amenities, and comfortable sleeping arrangements.
Ocean House I and II are 9-story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Ocean House has a large seasonal zero-entry outdoor pool and a small kiddie pool. The property also has a grilling area that services both buildings I and II. Minimum age required: 23. King, Queen, Sofa sleeper. Sleeps 6.
Parking passes are purchased on-site at Ocean House at the guard house or office located in building I - CASH ONLY. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit and the cost is set by the association and is subject to change at any time without notice.
STAY AND PLAY
This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including; golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.
*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals. Once you book you will receive more detailed information. Activities that require reservations can be done 72 hours prior to your arrival date.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ocean House condos. We loved the zero entry pool and the bench seat in the pool with the waterfall feature. The condo was a great size and very well laid out. Our only complaint (as it were) was that it would have been nice to have some umbrella's around the pool area to be able to get out of the sun. The pergola's at each end of the pool were nice but they weren't always available to use. We loved the being right on the water and the proximity to the beach was great. We will definitely be going back again!

Upon arrival, we noticed the unit has an older smell, not bad, just different. Maybe the water because the bathrooms had it all week. BUT large balcony, good location and easy walk to the beach. The staff at the condo were all nice and they were constantly working to keep everything looking good. We would stay here again. Never received checkout instructions so we did basic checkout things. Thankfully the checkout time was on one of the emails sent prior to checking in.

The elevator broke 2 times while we were there. The pool got shut down due to broken glass in the pool. Not enough seating on the balcony for 6 people. Was not informed parking was not included or that it cost so much. We were not aware motorcycle parking was not accommodated or permitted. We rode our bike and was not aware of the rule.
