PARKING: Ocean House offers onsite parking for up to 2 vehicles, and a fee of $40.00 CASH each is required. Your parking pass will be purchased from the Guard on site at arrival. Ocean House has limited parking, therefore you can only purchase up to 2 parking passes and trailer/ motor home parking is prohibited. Please note that covered parking is only for Owners.
PETS: This is NOT a pet friendly property. Any evidence of a pet being on site may result in fines or possible eviction.
*MONTHLY RENTALS:
This property is available for monthly rentals during non-peak seasons. Please call or email our office for monthly rates.
*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, , to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee. Beautiful view and nice room. They don't leave to many extras, so be sure to bring tp, trash bags, laundry soap and dishwasher detergent. There were a couple of the cheaper made beach chairs in the closet that will work in a pinch if you need them.

I’ll start with the positives: location. Loved where it was at. Loved the zero entry pool. Loved that the beach wasn’t a long sandy walk to the water. Condo size was fine. Over all the condo was okay. Cons. The entire building, inside and out could use some freshening up. The door was spotty and rusted. The walls all need paint: floor boards need cleaned. The pool needs paint even. Rug in living area looks old and dirty. Needs shampooed at the very least. The dryer had to be ran 2-3 times to dry one load. The fridge light didn’t work. Some of the wall plug in sockets need work. Husband got hit with a big spark just trying to plug something in. Lots of spoons hardly any forks…Other than that kitchen was well stocked. Not much counter space but it worked for the week. I guess for the price I had higher expectations… I’ve been coming down for 34 years and stayed in a lot of places…only major reasons I’d come back is for the pool because the kids loved the zero entry. And I loved the short walk to the ocean water.
