This approximately 820 square-feet condo features two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and Gulf views from both the living room and the Gulf-facing primary bedroom.
The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen, an in-unit washer and dryer, and comfortable accommodations for up to 6 guests.
Bedroom and Sleeping Arrangements:
Gulf-Front Primary Bedroom: King bed with Gulf views and an en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. This bathroom can also be accessed from the hallway.
Second Bedroom: King bed with an attached bathroom featuring a stand-alone shower.
Living Room: Sofa bed for additional sleeping space.

Surf Side Shores I and II are 9-story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Surf Side Shores has two beachside pools, one of which is an extended-season pool. The property also has a grilling area that services both buildings I and II. 2 car limit. Stays longer than 30 days must purchase parking pass(s) for every month.
STAY AND PLAY
This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo, and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.
*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals. The property has everything you need - is well furnished - and most of all has an amazing balcony and view. The 2 king beds are super comfy - the quick elevator ride from the 8th floor to walking in the sand is about a whole 2 minutes! Beach chairs and umbrellas are set up daily. The beach isn’t too crowded even on holiday weekends. The gulf water is warm and is pleasant - the beaches are kept clean. Wonderful - I highly recommend!

Outdated decor.. door locks was not adequate. One lock was broken and dead bolt was not installed properly.. first time i ever felt unsafe..
