Surf Side Shores 2405 is a standard interior gulf-front 2 bd 2 bath condominium located on the 4th floor in building II overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 820 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room and gulf-side master. This condo has original cabinetry, Formica countertops, and original vanities in the bathroom. The condo is priced accordingly. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer. There are two full baths. The primary bath has a tub/shower combo and the guest bath has a standalone shower. KIng, Queen, Sofa bed. Sleeps 6.
Surf Side Shores I and II are 9-story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Surf Side Shores has two beachside pools, one of which is an extended season pool and a small kiddie pool. The property also has a grilling area that services buildings I and II. 2 car limit. Stays longer than 30 days must purchase parking pass(s) for every month. 21-year age limit to rent.
This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including; golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package", offering one complimentary adult admission per day. Some restrictions apply.
*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals. Once you book you will receive more detailed information. Activities that require reservations can be done 72 hours prior to your arrival date.

This is a nice condo in a great location. Parking here can be an issue with finding a spot to park(it seems like theres no enough spaces for how many renters staying at times) and also woth how they have it roped off it makes it difficult to park a truck with such little space. The only feedback i have on the condo itself is that the tile flooring is not attached to the subfloor, there are many broken tiles that pinched my foot while walking and definitely made me concerned about cutting my feet. Had several minor issues at check in and check out with the rental management company but they were nice to work with and we were able to sort those issue quickly.

Nice condo--good locationOwner should upgrade toilet paper and towels.Give the size of the kitchen, the addition of a Keurig coffee maker would make movement easier

Really nice area.the beach was great. The unit was clean. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked, could update the coffee maker to a K-cup style. The front bathrooms vent doesn't work and the towel rack is very loose. The hurricane doors to the deck need a little oil, hard to operate. But all in all we wound stay there again!!!

Location was great, closeness to the beach/water was terrific. The floors were dirty, our feet were black after being there a very short time, the cabinets need replaced, the comforter on the bed smelled of dirty feet or possibly wet dog, this unit needs an overhaul, the couch was horribly uncomfortable.
