Ocean House #1603 is a Gulf-front condominium located on the sixth floor of Building I, offering beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. This approximately 1000 square-feet condo features two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and Gulf views from both the living room and the Gulf-facing primary bedroom.
The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen, an in-unit washer and dryer, and comfortable accommodations for up to 6 guests.
Bedroom and Sleeping Arrangements:
Gulf-Front Primary Bedroom: King bed with Gulf views and an en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. This bathroom can also be accessed from the hallway.
Second Bedroom: Queen bed with an attached bathroom featuring a stand-alone shower.
Living Room: Sofa bed for additional sleeping space.

Ocean House #1603 is an excellent choice for families seeking a spacious Gulf-front vacation rental with beautiful water views, convenient amenities, and comfortable sleeping arrangements.
Ocean House I and II are 9 story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Ocean House has a large seasonal zero-entry outdoor pool and small kiddie pool. The property also has a grilling area that services both buildings I and II. Minimum age required: 23. Sleeps 6.
Parking passes are purchased on-site at Ocean House at guard house or office located in building I - CASH ONLY. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit and cost is set by the association and is subject to change at any time without notice.
STAY AND PLAY
This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including; golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.
*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals. Once you book you will receive more detailed information. Activities that require reservations can be done 72 hours prior to your arrival date.

This condo had everything we needed, the view was fantastic. The location was great. The walkway to the beach was really nice, no stairs which is super convenient when you have a loaded down beach wagon. The only complaints I can even come up with are that it was a little dated (I was a little surprised it took actual keys and not a key code to access, no big deal) and the parking was pretty tight and cost 40 for the stay, a bit of a bummer but not a deal breaker! All in all it was great.

This property was so nice! The pool was great for our two girls, the beach wasn’t too crowded with people. The large balcony was nice to enjoy our coffee in the morning and sandwhiches for lunch! We loved this condo and will be back!

The room it’s self was just what we needed but the building was older. The front office smelled of smoke, the building had peeling paint and in front of the property there were pillars in the water that ended up cutting the kids legs. It’s not the condo owners fault but they need updates to the property its self. Having to stop on the busy street to get the keys was super annoying and should be put into the description of the condo. The key didn’t work unless it was perfectly aligned. Keyless entry would be a nice upgrade.
