Surf Side Shores #2703 is a Gulf-front condominium located on the seventh floor of Building II, offering beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. This approximately 820 square-feet condo features two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and Gulf views from both the living room and the Gulf-facing primary bedroom.
The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen, an in-unit washer and dryer, and comfortable accommodations for up to 6 guests.
Bedroom and Sleeping Arrangements:
Gulf-Front Primary Bedroom: King bed with Gulf views and an en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. This bathroom can also be accessed from the hallway.
Second Bedroom: Queen bed with an attached bathroom featuring a stand-alone shower.
Living Room: Sofa bed for additional sleeping space.

Surf Side Shores #2703 is an excellent choice for families seeking a spacious Gulf-front vacation rental with beautiful water views, convenient amenities, and comfortable sleeping arrangements.
The condo has been recently renovated with new tile tub/shower combo, painted throughout and new furnishings.
Surf Side Shores 2703 does not allow winter monthly rentals.
Surf Side Shores I and II are 9 story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Surf Side Shores has two beach side pools, one of which is an extended season pool. The property also has a grilling area that services both buildings I and II. 2 car limit.
STAY AND PLAY
This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo, and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.
*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals. Once you book you will receive more detailed information. Activities that require reservations can be done 72 hours prior to your arrival date.

Condo was said to be remodeled. But has not been maybe a little updated but not much. Could really use a deep clean. Dirty foot prints on door to outside. All doors needed a good clean. We did enjoy the view it was great. Beds were ok and did have clean sheets and towels. Host did communicate well. But would not stay again.

The unit requires keys for access. The keys were difficult to insert and turn. Rugs in the guest bathroom needed washed or replaced.

The room was clean. The beach view was beautiful and balcony was nice. The pools were nice and clean. Room was nice but was made to look a little more modern/updated than it was and they made it look larger in the pictures. The kitchen was not well appointed. Missing several necessities. Kitchen utensils were in a side console drawer not kitchen drawers so we had zero idea we had any all week long. I would have expected them to be in a holder on a stove or a kitchen drawer. Not as organized as we hoped but we had a great time. We would stay again because location was great but would hope to have a better organized place.
