Clean, sleek, comfy and the staff were super friendly and helpful!
It was in a more remote location to what we expected but that’s our own fault

Staff were very nice and accomodating, shoutout to Dorotta who really turned an issue around with our room that ended up being a nice solution and what helped the overall experience.

Fantastic location in central London and easy to get to surrounding areas.
Clean and spacious room(Especially for London)
Great staff
Breakfast was a little poor in terms of the cooked food options. But there was so much to choose from that it made up for this.

Very close to the underground train station Aldgate East
We were at room 112, I can hear all the water passing the pipe from upper floors
