Location, style, breakfast
Some of the staff is a little unprofessional; the gym is 5min walking distance but you need the pin to enter, don’t trust the receptionists if they tell you the signed waivers are enough;

The room was beautiful but noisy from 6am. Bins collected, work going on, was up everyday from 6 due to this.
Staff friendly.
Price of food, we actually dined in the pub across the street due to prices.
If we hadn't selected bed and breakfast package we would not have eaten at the hotel at all.
Cashless system, no option to use cash anywhere in hotel.
