Clean and convenient location. Good facilities
Room booked was a deluxe with king size bed. Actually it was just two singles pushed together with a sheet over the top so beds moved if you shifted. So basically was two singles

The bar and dining areas were good. Clean and appealing. Staff excellent.
The breakfast was very good.
Our room was disappointing. The carpet in particular was disgusting. It was heavily stained all around the bed area. I tried to convince myself that it was tea/coffee spills but I'm really not sure about that. Even worse, at the end of the bed area there was a splattered stain on the carpet which we were certain was blood. I asked at reception if it could be cleaned but they said no. We ended up placing a stool over it so that we wouldn't accidentally walk on it. Unacceptable. The cupboard trim was peeling in the bathroom and the whole room felt neglected.
