Lakeside Oxford Hotel is a wonderful place to stay when in Oxford -it's got the whole package and a lot more. We stayed in the Triple room with private bathroom, which we knew that the bathroom is outside the room (down some stairs) from the listing pictures, and we can confirm it's very comfortable and have the amenities we need. Lakeside Oxford is located very close to a beautiful park/playground and also still close enough to walk by the river into town. The host Evelyn and Alan offer a hybrid reception (that was mentioned before arrival) which did not bother me at all as they still deliver a very personal experience both in person and offline (phone, e-mail). We like that they provide self-check-in details before arrival as we were worried of access in the evening and that it's provide privacy/independence when we go in and out of Lakeside Oxford. Evelyn especially was very proactive and is always at hand when I need to clarify something. Overall, we had a really good stay and highly recommend Lakeside Oxford!

Great location, could walk into city centre. Lovely decor, very clean. Evelyn was very helpful and quick to respond to questions.
Bathroom is not en suite but down a flight of stairs - this is made clear on booking. Our triple room was a bit small for 3 adults (suited more for 2 adults & a child) but it was comfortable & clean.
