The property and its location
I liked it all, but the only point I marked down was for the breakfast, it was on the small side.

Very convenient for an appt at the Hampshire clinic, food very good and a lovely outdoor area
It’s quite noisy with the gravel when people are going back to their rooms at night but this wouldn’t stop me going back and was minor

Great breakfast. Close to Basingstoke comfortable beds and pillows
Room had no air conditioning and just a small, and extremely noisy, fan. Other rooms had portable air con as we saw the pipes out of the window but even in the hot weather we didn't and we weren't offered anything
