A warm welcome from our hosts and a friendly bar with good food too. We liked the self service buffet breakfast which was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable and our room was spacious. The Trooper has a very nice atmosphere and we would certainly stay again.
Nothing not to like.
A squeegee for the wet room floor might be handy but not a deal breaker.

From before our stay the staff here were so accomodating and welcoming! Rooms are comfortable and sparkling clean. The food was unreal. It was a relaxed visit, good craic with the staff and the whole experience was just 10/10
Not a thing! Everything was perfect

The breakfast.left for residents was great for those of us in a rush.
The room had a sloping ceiling and everything to right of bed - cupboard, TV, fan was only accessible by crawling around end of bed. Not great and I'm only 5ft 2ins!!
It stated bath or shower but was only a bath. Difficult to wash hair! If a shower is important to you do check before booking.
If another room available you may be offered but for extra payment! Not great value really as didn't meet my needs!
