The setting and decor was lovely and good breakfast in the stables. Good value.
Certain areas could do with a spruce up. Bathroom shower needed a tray for soap and re grout. Needed full length mirror in room.

Cantley House Hotel is clean and tidy All the time. The staff were great, they were kind and friendly. Our room was spacious and backed on to the gardens, this let us take the dogs out without taking them through the hotel. The dogs were let into the restaurant and given treats and water. We would go back to this outstanding hotel.
There wasn't anything I really didn't like. The worst would be that we were a good walk to and from the restaurant.

Beautiful hotel. Staff are lovely and my room was amazing! It was a shame that I only stayed for one night. I would definitely stay again.

It was acceptable. Just not outstanding
Presentation could have been better. No choice of bread to make toast. Poor choice of cold meats and cheeses for continental breakfast.
Room was very bland. Needed a bit of colour. Windows needed cleaning and 1 pain replacing. Grouting on bathroom floor tiles needed cleaning as well as rim on toilet bowl. Hot water was very very hot. Should have a sign up. Kettle needed cleaning and better choice of biscuits supplied.
