We liked the architecture of the hotel which was in a great location to see the sights of Cambridge. The staff were friendly and helpful which made us feel very welcome. Toby the concierge went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasurable as possible.

The hotel was immaculate and breakfast was great.
I liked everything.

Beautiful property, well kept. Attentive staff always on hand to help if needed. Bed super comfortable.
Carpet in room was quite stained as you walk in, but understand the amount of foot traffic in and out of rooms.
At certain times of the day one lift was out of order which meant waiting longer than usual.

The room was spacious enough and comfy; the shower was particularly good. The staff were all very friendly as well.
The only big frustration was that they had an event on Saturday night and we could hear the music playing until 2am. This was surprising since we were on the top floor. Obviously I have no problem with the hotel holding events, but I expected better sound insulation from a hotel of this quality.
