Room very good, the only problem was the lateness of servicing the room on the last day.
See above.

Great location. In walking distance of everything. Only 20 minute walk from the station. Food good.

Great location. The room was well set up and quiet.
More options at the buffet breakfast.

Breakfast: very good.
Location: excellent.
Room: Soaps (conditioner in shower) empty, bathroom mirror light not working, hairs in bath (ugh!), air conditioning even for a tech. savvy person like me was difficult to operate. Bar staff didn't make us feel welcome. Valet was very polite but made us feel like we were an inconvenience. On the plus side, the check-in team were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are super quiet and the beds very comfortable - just right for when you've had a hard day sightseeing.
