So clean and a perfect location

Breakfast was excellent, a great variety and plenty of everything. To have access to hot and cold drinks and nibbles throughout the day.
Bathroom very spacious with excellent shower and beautiful soft towels
I would have changed the layout of the bedroom to provide a small sofa as I feel a comfortable sitting area is important; I would get rid of the blue chairs and round table.
I would also place a rug in all rooms which have a floor below them to prevent the noise from the upper floor foot traffic especially in the evening and during the night

breakfast was good, plenty to be had

The room was very comfortable with good facilities. There was a nice niew of a park from our room and it was fairly quiet. The continental breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.
The location was ok but quite a walk from the centre and any decent pubs and restaurants.
