We had a lovely stay at this hotel in Cambridge last weekend. The staff were mostly very friendly and helpful, the breakfast included was good, and the location was excellent, within easy walking distance of the city centre

They kindly upgraded me free of charge to a larger room. The lady at reception was really kind and when I needed something at night she provided me with her own personal items as the shops were closed. Breakfast was good.
I thought the restaurant was a little confusing as I wasn’t sure if I needed to wait at the door or find my own seat.

Receptionist pleasant, clean room.
Television not working in our room. It was cramped but we did appreciate it was good value. Breakfast although included was pretty poor. The full English was lacking sadly. Hard mushrooms , tasteless tomatoes !
