I had an issue with my pillows as I am allergic to feathers, which the staff solved quickly and efficiently in spite of the late hour. Thank you!

the staff were so helpful and made the whole experience a bless - great team and services
amazing location few walk steps from the train station a lot of stores around
if the hotel can reconsider thier check out time policy it might become attractive to a wider range of visitors - 11 am is so early
