Bedrooms were nice. They accommodated our requests and we were able to check in at 12.30!

Rooms and bathrooms were nice
Pool and rooftop was lack luster, no bar or pool service available even though the website makes it seem like it. Not updated or that clean. The hotel also had a weird smell. Check in was too long and the incidental was for our entire room so the cost at check in was double the room cost. There are better hotels in Madrid I’ve stayed at for the price.
