We very much enjoyed the location of the hotel, the staff, and all of the facilities. It was a great property to stay at. We particularly enjoyed the addition of the bunk in the room, so our daughter could easily sleep in the same room with us without making it uncomfortable or feeling too small.
It was a little expensive, but we understand the location is most likely the reason for driving up the price.

Loved the facilities overall including the staff
I didn't like the fact that I slept without AC for half of my stay. Staff was able to provide a portable AC. Staff gave the option during the stay to move rooms, but it wasn't the same room with the view, and it would've altered the plans already made for sightseeing/exploring.

Check-in was quick, location is sublime, you're very close to all the most important sights and shops in Madrid. Also very touristy-area though, so expect it to be very crowded at night!
Bathroom was not up to par for the level of hotel this should be. Room was otherwise nice, bed was very big which is a huge plus. Friendliness of staff could've been better, especially since any requests about changing my booking or any accomodations for my arriving 1 night after (not even a restaurant invitation or anything) oh well.
Cleaning service did not come, even though the sign to request cleaning was up. Had to request it manually.
