We absolutely loved our stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Madrid! A huge thank you to the entire team for their outstanding professionalism, exceptional service, and warm hospitality.
Everything was simply incredible, from the restaurants and the beautiful room to the spa. Every detail was perfect, making our stay truly unforgettable.
We highly recommend this hotel without hesitation and cannot wait to return!

The best aspect of the hotel is that it’s in an excellent area of Madrid, with great restaurants nearby, especially the ones inside the hotel—for example, the two with Michelin stars: one by chef Javi and another I can’t recall. The facilities are incredible, in a beautiful colonial building, and everything is very clean, spacious, and surprisingly quiet, despite being in the center of Madrid.
Four Seasons in Madrid is a hotel of very high quality, but the city is too touristy, so the service can feel a bit impersonal due to the crowds.

Nice location
The staff is not the most efficient. We scheduled to have a porter to come at 11 am to pick up the luggages. No body turn up and be called again no response we had to take our bags downstairs. There was a large queue in front of us and staff was not very efficient with dealing with the clients which delayed our checkout.
