Our stay at **NH Collection Madrid Suecia** was a wonderful experience. The hotel offers excellent standards that fully live up to its star rating, and the professionalism and dedication of the staff deserve special recognition.
**A very special thank you goes to the bearded gentleman who took care of our car.** His friendliness, professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests were truly outstanding. His level of service is comparable to what you would expect at the finest five-star luxury hotels. Employees like him make a real difference and turn a pleasant stay into an exceptional experience. I sincerely hope the hotel management recognizes and appreciates his dedication.
Another great advantage is that **the hotel is genuinely dog-friendly**. Our dog was warmly welcomed and treated very well, which is particularly important to us when travelling.
We highly recommend this hotel and would be delighted to stay here again!
The only minor inconvenience was the difficulty of stopping directly in front of the hotel during rush hours, due to heavy traffic and limited space. However, this did not significantly affect our overall excellent experience.

This isn't a 5-star hotel; the price doesn't match the service. Upon check-in, I was put in a room no more than 9 square meters. I couldn't open the closet drawers because the doors were pressed against the bed and wouldn't open all the way. I had to argue for a long time to get moved to a normal room. The breakfasts were terrible. Overall, this is the worst 5-star hotel I've ever stayed in.
