The two-room apartment, which accommodates up to 4 people, features a terrace where you can enjoy the side view of the sea and the early morning sun. With a size of 55 m², the apartment offers plenty of space for a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation, featuring a living and dining area, a bedroom, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The distance to the beach is about 50 meters.
In the living area, a cozy sofa and a modern armchair invite you to enjoy cozy evenings watching TV. You’ll also have access to a stereo system, a safe, and your own free Wi-Fi (subject to availability). The dining area is integrated into the living area and offers plenty of space for shared meals.
The kitchenette, which adjoins the living area, is very well equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, and an oven. The kitchen is rounded out with a toaster, a kettle, and a drip coffee maker.
In the vacation rental’s bedroom, you’ll find a large box-spring bed. A large wardrobe offers plenty of storage space. The bedroom is also equipped with a second flat-screen TV. The double sofa bed in the living room can be converted into a comfortable sleeping area for two people in just a few simple steps. You can darken the room with curtains (the bedroom window opens onto the atrium).
The vacation rental features a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The spacious sink offers plenty of room for your toiletries. A hair dryer rounds out the bathroom amenities. Designer flooring has been installed throughout the entire vacation rental.
The Meeresblick building, which features an elevator and barrier-free access, is located at the western end of the beach promenade in Kühlungsborn. A bicycle storage room as well as coin-operated washers and dryers are available to you in the communal basement. Your vacation rental includes a parking space in the underground garage (maximum height 1.65 m, maximum weight 2,000 kg).

The Meeresblick building, located in Kühlungsborn West, is situated directly on the beach promenade and offers direct access to the Baltic Sea beach. Through a spacious, covered atrium featuring live plants, you can reach the vacation apartments via the stairs or the two glass elevators. The south entrance of the building provides barrier-free access. The north entrance provides a short walk to the beach. A bicycle storage room, coin-operated washing machines, and coin-operated dryers are available to all guests.
Each apartment comes with an underground parking space for standard vehicles without sports modifications (lowered suspension, spoilers, low-profile tires). The underground garage also features storage compartments for roof boxes. Please note the maximum permitted vehicle dimensions and weights:
