This modern vacation apartment is located on the first floor of the Haus Meeresblick in Kühlungsborn West. You can enjoy the sun on the south-facing, landscaped terrace. Spanning 48 m², this 2-room apartment accommodates up to 4 people and features a living and dining area, a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower, promising you a relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea coast. The distance from the north side of the building to the beach is about 50 meters.
A leather sofa set in the living room invites you to relax. A flat-screen TV, an internet radio, and a DVD player provide entertainment. You can use the Wi-Fi connection (subject to availability) free of charge. The bright dining area features a table with four chairs for shared meals.
The kitchenette, which adjoins the living area, is well-equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and an oven with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop. A drip coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle round out the kitchen amenities.
In the bedroom, a cozy double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm) awaits you for restful nights. A 4-door wardrobe offers ample storage space for your luggage. Your vacation apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage (maximum height 1.50 m, maximum weight 2,000 kg).

Through a spacious, covered atrium featuring live plants, you can reach the vacation apartments via the stairs or the two glass elevators. The south entrance of the building provides barrier-free access. The north entrance provides a short walk to the beach. A bicycle storage room, coin-operated washers, and coin-operated dryers are available to all guests.
