Vacation Apartment 103 in the Meeresblick vacation complex is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.
This modern, very bright vacation apartment in the Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn—certified with 4 DTV stars—is located on the first floor on the east side of the building and features a furnished balcony with a partial view of the sea. With a size of 55 m², the apartment offers plenty of space for a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation, featuring a living area, a dining area, a bedroom, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. The distance to the beach is about 50 meters.
In the spacious living room of the vacation apartment, a comfortable double sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) and two armchairs invite you to enjoy cozy TV evenings with a modern flat-screen TV and a Blu-ray player. Thanks to the double sofa bed, the apartment can accommodate up to four people. A variety of books provide entertainment or help you unwind. You can also use the free Wi-Fi (subject to availability).
The adjoining kitchenette with dining area is fully equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a mini-oven with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop. Of course, a toaster, a coffee maker, and a kettle are also available.
In the bedroom of this vacation rental, a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm) invites you to enjoy a restful night’s sleep. A large sliding-door closet offers plenty of storage space (the bedroom window opens onto the atrium).
The vacation rental features a tiled shower room with a toilet. You’ll find plenty of space for your toiletries on the spacious vanity. A hair dryer rounds out the bathroom’s amenities. PVC planks have been installed in the living room and bedroom. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.
The Meeresblick building, which has an elevator and barrier-free access, is located at the western end of the Kühlungsborn beach promenade. A bicycle storage room as well as coin-operated washers and dryers are available to you in the communal basement. Your vacation apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage (max. height 1.80 m, max. weight 2,000 kg).

The Meeresblick building, located in Kühlungsborn West, is situated directly on the beach promenade and offers direct access to the Baltic Sea beach. Through a spacious, covered atrium featuring live plants, you can reach the vacation apartments via the stairs or the two glass elevators. The south entrance of the building provides barrier-free access. The north entrance provides a short walk to the beach. A bicycle storage room, coin-operated washers, and coin-operated dryers are available to all guests.
Each apartment comes with an underground parking space for standard vehicles without sports modifications (lowered suspension, spoilers, low-profile tires). The underground garage also features storage compartments for roof boxes. Please note the maximum permitted car dimensions and weights:
