Vacation Apartment 414 at the Meeresblick vacation complex is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.
The beautiful 2-room apartment No. 414 offers you the perfect setting for rest, relaxation, and total well-being. This cozy, 45-square-meter apartment on the 4th floor features a west-facing balcony with a side view of the Baltic Sea.
The kitchen area is equipped with 2 stovetops, a microwave, and a dishwasher. A refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a toaster, a coffee maker, and an electric kettle are also available.
The living room features a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a sleeper sofa for two in no time. Of course, a flat-screen TV and a DVD player are also provided for your entertainment.
The bedroom (the bedroom window opens onto the atrium) is furnished with light-colored furniture and features a large double bed and a spacious closet. Curtains and a roller shade are provided for privacy.
The vacation rental also features a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hair dryer.
You’ll find a coin-operated washing machine and dryer in the underground parking garage, where your parking space No. 116 is also located (max. height: 1.50 m, max. width: 1.90 m, max. length: 5.00 m, max. weight: 2,000 kg).

Haus Meeresblick, located in Kühlungsborn West, is right on the beach promenade and offers direct access to the Baltic Sea beach. Through a spacious, covered atrium with real green plants, you can reach the vacation apartments via the stairs or the two glass elevators. The south entrance of the building provides barrier-free access. The north entrance provides a short walk to the beach. All guests have access to a bicycle storage room, coin-operated washing machines, and coin-operated dryers.
Each apartment comes with an underground parking space for standard vehicles without sports modifications (lowered suspension, spoilers, low-profile tires). The underground garage also features storage compartments for roof boxes. Please note the maximum permitted vehicle dimensions and weights:
