Located directly on Strandallee in Timmendorfer Strand, heading toward the Ostsee-Therme Scharbeutz, you’ll find the quiet Strandresidenz apartment complex. It’s only about 50 meters to the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach.

Thanks to its location near the beach, this vacation home on the Baltic Sea is ideal for a family vacation. It takes about 5–10 minutes to walk to the center of Timmendorfer Strand, with its many charming cafés, restaurants, and shopping options.

The supermarkets are about a 5-minute drive away. The Ostsee-Therme Scharbeutz is about 700 meters away.

Amenities

The Timmendorfer Strand vacation rental No. 308 is located on the third floor of the building and features a living room/bedroom with a comfortable sofa set, a flat-screen TV (TV via Magenta), and a large window opening onto the adjoining balcony. In addition, a box-spring bed (180x200 cm) for 2 people is available in the living area.

Furthermore, you’ll have direct access to the adjoining open kitchenette. It is equipped with, among other things, an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, and a Tassimo machine. The cozy dining area next to the kitchen is perfect for breakfast, coffee, or a relaxed get-together over dinner.

The bedroom in this vacation rental is furnished with a bunk bed (top: 90x200 cm, bottom: 140x200 cm) and a closet. A restful night’s sleep is guaranteed here!

The apartment is equipped with a basic supply of one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, a dishcloth (not a kitchen towel), and four dishwasher tablets (if the accommodations are equipped with a dishwasher).
