It features its own underground parking space and is approximately 80 meters from the fine sandy beach and 500 meters from the town center. The living areas, furnished in a maritime beach house style, exude a relaxing, cozy atmosphere thanks to the tasteful interior design. The well-laid-out 3-room apartment features designer vinyl flooring and tiles and offers plenty of space for four people across 58 square meters. The entryway leads into the living and dining area. This space features a modern, open, and fully equipped built-in kitchen and offers a view of the 5.50-square-meter, sunny balcony through a large panoramic window.
In the bedroom, you can drift off to sleep comfortably in the 1.80 x 2.00 bed. You’ll find a second TV here. The windows can be darkened with exterior roller shutters.
