About this apartment rental
The apartment is located on the first floor of the complex and measures 53 square meters. It is equipped to accommodate 2 (+2) people. The sleeping area is separated from the living area by tasteful sliding louver doors. There you’ll find a comfortable double box-spring bed (1.80 m wide and 2.10 m long), as well as a flat-screen TV and a closet. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances. The spacious balcony, which faces west, is accessible from both the living area and the bedroom. Furthermore, the spacious shower room and the large sauna (Inipi B by Duravit, measuring 2.37 m x 1.19 m) complete the vacation experience.
The sofa bed in the living room (1.70 m wide) offers two additional sleeping spots if needed.
Complex:
The White Pearl opened in July 2019 in one of the best locations on Timmendorfer Strand! The building itself has been standing since 1994. In 2018–19, it was completely gutted, stripped down to the shell, and renovated.
The result is a first-class vacation property with 65 apartments ranging from 40 to 157 square meters, spread across a basement with underground parking, the first floor through the 3rd floor, and a penthouse level.
The underground parking garage is accessed via “An der Waldkapelle”; each parking space is equipped with a 220-volt electrical outlet. An additional 28 parking spaces are located in front of the complex, accessible via “Strandallee.”
Our reception desk, where guests can check in and access the concierge service, is located at the main entrance on the first floor.
Each apartment features its own balcony or terrace, which are equipped with privacy screens to ensure privacy.
Some of the ground-floor apartments, which face south, are duplexes and have their sleeping areas in the lower level with access to south-facing terraces.
Some of the apartments are designed to be accessible. These are located in the new addition and on the staggered floor. The basement also features a bicycle storage room, a laundry room, and trash storage areas for the apartments.
Beach access is located diagonally across from the complex on the other side of the street. The distance from the complex to the beach is approximately 150 m.
High-quality hardwood floors, natural stone flooring, brand-name appliances, and exclusive interior design and furnishings will ensure that you can enjoy your vacation in a luxurious atmosphere.

The newly redesigned, beautiful promenade features an impressive variety of attractive recreational activities and exclusive shopping opportunities.
The neighboring Baltic Sea resorts to the north (Scharbeutz, Haffkrug, Sierksdorf, Neustadt, Pelzerhaken, Rettin, Grömitz) and to the south (Niendorf, Travemünde) further enhance the range of wellness and recreational experiences.
Lübeck (20 km away) and Hamburg (85 km away) are easily accessible by train or car.
