The Timmendorfer Strand Seglernest beach residence is a well-maintained 2.5-room apartment on the 2nd floor, offering 56 m² of comfortable living space for a relaxing stay on the Baltic Sea.
The unit features a living room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen-dining area, and sleeping accommodations for up to 4 people, making it well-suited for couples, small families, or a vacation with children.
The living area is furnished in a functional and comfortable style and includes, among other things, a sofa, armchairs, a dresser, a dining area, and a dining table. A TV, a stereo system, and a Blu-ray player provide entertainment and modern conveniences.
Behind a glass door, you’ll find a double bed (180x200 cm) and a large sliding-door wardrobe.
Two additional single beds (each 90x200 cm), a dresser, and another TV are located in the second bedroom.
The kitchen is well-equipped and offers everything you need to prepare your own meals. This includes an induction cooktop, a refrigerator with a built-in freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a fully automatic coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, and kitchen utensils. This makes it easy to prepare breakfast, light meals, or a relaxed dinner.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, mirror cabinet, and hair dryer.
From the covered, west-facing balcony, you can enjoy the outdoors even when the weather is changeable.
The swimming pool (accessible only via stairs) is available to you free of charge and invites you to relax.
