Start your vacation with the soothing sound of the Baltic Sea—even before you step out of the apartment. The Strandresidenz is located right on the boardwalk: Just a few steps separate you from the fine, white sandy beach. The center of Timmendorfer Strand, with its elegant boutiques, stylish cafés, excellent restaurants, and well-stocked supermarkets, is easily accessible in just five to ten minutes on foot along the promenade.

The location is also appealing on a broader regional scale: The HANSA-PARK amusement park is about a 20-minute drive away, and the Hanseatic city of Hamburg is approximately one hour away. Timmendorfer Strand also has excellent transportation links—with its own train station, fast highway connections, and regular bus routes, including service to Lübeck.

The quietly situated Apartment 215 is located on the first floor of the well-maintained beach residence and offers a beautiful view of the garden and the adjacent forest. The modern and stylishly furnished two-room apartment has everything you need for a relaxing stay.

The open kitchenette is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. In the cozy living area, a pull-out couch with a high-quality mattress invites you to relax or spend the night. Entertainment is provided by a smart TV and a small selection of books and magazines.

The separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed. Daily linens changes are available upon request.
The modern bathroom features a bathtub with an integrated shower. The furnished balcony with a view of the greenery rounds out the cozy atmosphere.

A private underground parking space with direct access to the elevator allows you to arrive comfortably and sheltered from the weather right at your apartment door. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

In the bright, welcoming basement—also conveniently accessible by elevator—you’ll find a well-maintained coin-operated washing machine, a dryer, and a bicycle storage area (Please note: We cannot guarantee a specific bicycle parking space).

A special highlight of the Strandresidenz is the spacious indoor pool with a large window front. In addition, a sauna (coin-operated) is available for relaxing moments.
