It’s about a 5-minute walk to the white Baltic Sea beach and the lively town center with its cozy cafes, bars, and restaurants. You can also enjoy a leisurely stroll and do some shopping in the town center. There are boutiques here to suit every taste. You can shop at Famila or Aldi, just about 500 meters from the apartment. The 2-room bungalow is located in the garden between the Birkenhof I and Birkenhof II buildings. This beautiful vacation home is furnished to accommodate up to 4 people and was newly renovated in 2021. You’ll find a living room with a comfortable sofa set that converts into a bed for up to two people, a flat-screen TV with Smart TV functionality, and a Sonos sound system. The separate kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and a small dining area.
The sleeping area features a high-quality box-spring bed (180x200 cm) and an additional TV. There is no door between the bedroom and living area.
The large bathroom features a walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
