The promenade, with its restaurants, cafés, small boutiques, and diverse shopping options, is also within easy walking distance., Whether it’s a walk by the sea, a fish sandwich for a snack, or a leisurely stroll through town—here you’ll find everything that makes for a relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea.

The newly renovated 2-room Timmendorfer Strand vacation apartment, which accommodates up to 4 people and a dog, has been furnished with great attention to detail. The harmonious color scheme in muted tones, high-quality materials, and carefully selected furniture create a stylish yet cozy atmosphere where you’ll feel welcome from the very first moment.
The open-concept living area forms the heart of the apartment. Here, you can make yourself comfortable on the cozy sleeper sofa (approx. 130 × 180 cm) or relax during a movie night. The modern kitchenette with a spacious kitchen counter flows seamlessly into the adjoining, yet open, dining area. This creates a spacious living area that invites you to cook, have breakfast, and spend time together.
In the separate bedroom, a comfortable double bed (160 × 200 cm) awaits you, ensuring restful nights. Both the bedroom and the living area can be comfortably darkened with pleated blinds. The modern bathroom features a spacious shower and a toilet.
The southeast-facing terrace invites you to relax and breathe in the fresh Baltic Sea air—enjoy your getaway with us on the coast!

Free Wi-Fi and a parking space right next to the house are available to you during your stay.
A lockable bike shed is currently still under construction (as of mid-July 2026).
The building features a shared utility room used by both apartments.
A washing machine and dryer are available there.
This is a non-smoking apartment. Dogs are welcome with prior notice.
Upon arrival, you’ll find a small starter kit with one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, a dishcloth (not a kitchen towel), and four dishwasher tablets (if a dishwasher is available).
