The Sonnenpark vacation complex in Timmendorfer Strand, near the spa gardens, is a vacation destination on the Baltic Sea in a quiet and central location. The center of Timmendorfer Strand is a 2-minute walk away, and the fine-sand beach on the Baltic Sea is just 500 meters away. The lively center of Timmendorfer Strand, with its cafés and shops, is perfect for a leisurely stroll. Grocery stores such as Famila and Aldi are also just 300 meters away.

The 2-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor, with a furnished balcony facing southwest, is a vacation rental on the Baltic Sea for up to 4 people. The living room/bedroom features a modern sleeper sofa (125x240 cm), a flat-screen TV, and a stereo system. The dining area, located in the bay window, connects the living area to the open-concept kitchen, which is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
In this Timmendorfer Strand vacation rental, you’ll find a separate bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a wardrobe. To ensure a restful night’s sleep, the bedrooms in the vacation rental can be darkened.
The furnished balcony, facing southwest, is accessible from the living room. The bathroom, featuring a shower, bidet, and toilet, as well as the entryway, round out this vacation home on the Baltic Sea.

As of September 2026, only the balcony railings and the outdoor area remain to be completed; completion is expected by the end of 2026. In the event that you are nevertheless disturbed by construction noise during your stay, we will offer you a 10% discount on the room rate alone for the affected weekdays upon checkout.
