Built in 2016, the building is located at Wolburgstr. 7 in Timmendorfer Strand. Here you’ll stay in very beautiful, modern, and brand-new vacation apartments on the Baltic Sea. The new building has 6 residential units. The beach is about 400 meters away, and the center of Timmendorfer Strand—with its pedestrian zone and many cafés, restaurants, bars, and boutiques—is about 250 meters away. Supermarkets are about 400 meters away.
Amenities
This apartment is located on the first floor with a terrace and is barrier-free; it is equipped to accommodate up to 4 people. This vacation rental in Timmendorfer Strand features a living room with a high-quality leather sofa set, a flat-screen [-]TV, a cozy dining table, and an open-concept kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, freezer, dishwasher, and Nespresso capsule coffee machine, as well as a modern bathroom with a shower and a welcoming entryway.

A multi-family residence is being built on a lot in the immediate neighborhood—at Wilhelmstr. 14—and is scheduled for completion by June 2028. As of September 2026, an excavation pit has been dug, but construction on the new building has not yet begun. The windows of the bedroom with the double bed, as well as those behind the sofa set and in the kitchen, face in this direction. From the terrace, you can also see the construction site to the side. In the event that you are nevertheless disturbed by construction noise during your stay, we offer a 10% discount on the room rate alone for the affected weekdays, to be applied upon checkout.
