Located just about 400 meters from the beach, you’ll stay in a quiet, convenient location perfect for a wonderful family vacation.
After about a 15-minute walk, you’ll reach the center of the Baltic Sea resort with its boutiques, restaurants, shopping options, and a bakery for your morning rolls.

The modern Baltic Sea home “Küstenlinie 54°” is sure to impress with its maritime details and light-filled living spaces. The living area spans 69 square meters on the first floor and offers plenty of space for up to 4 people and a dog.

You enter the Timmendorfer Strand apartment through the bright entryway, which leads directly into the spacious living room. The rooms have been designed and furnished with great attention to detail and good taste.

The kitchen opens onto the living area and is fully equipped. Among other things, you’ll find an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, and a dishwasher—from here, you have direct access to the adjoining dining area.

The open living area features a spacious, comfortable sofa set that invites you to relax on the sofa.
A large flat-screen TV and access to the furnished terraces round out the living room.

The Timmendorfer Strand vacation rental offers a total of two bedrooms. Bedroom I is equipped with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and an additional TV. Bedroom II features a narrower double bed for two (1.40 x 2.00 m).
External blinds in all rooms ensure peace and quiet and a restful night’s sleep.

The apartment’s bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and washing machine. The entire apartment is accessible without steps; there is only a small threshold to enter the terrace.

There is an underground parking space (entry height 2 m) for your car right at the house. There is a private basement storage room for your bicycles, where you’ll also find a power outlet for e-bikes.

This is a non-smoking accommodation. One dog is welcome to stay with you upon prior notice.
The apartment is equipped with basic supplies: one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, a dishcloth (not a kitchen towel), and four dishwasher tablets (provided the accommodations are equipped with a dishwasher).
