This beautiful 3-room apartment offers approximately 60 m² of space for the whole family. Located very close to the beach, this apartment is furnished for 2–4 people and is best suited for a family with two children. The center of Timmendorfer Strand is only about 800 m away. It features a balcony and is located on the mezzanine level of the Domizil Strandallee 180 building.
The living area is furnished with a cozy sofa set, and two sofas are available for you to relax on. The dining area and kitchenette are directly adjacent to the living room.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a coffee maker. Of course, the apartment also includes a kettle, a toaster, and a dishwasher. Now nothing stands in the way of cooking together in the evenings!
From the living area, you can step out onto the balcony, which faces south. Balcony furniture is also provided—relaxing here after a long day at the beach is a must!
The first bedroom is located in a room off the hallway and is equipped with a large closet and a double bed (180x200 cm). Please note that the bed is accessible only from the foot of the bed.
The second bedroom opens onto the living room via a sliding door. The comfortable double bed (140x200 cm) awaits you after long hours at the beach. A small closet is also available here.
The newly renovated bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, and a beautiful sink.
The shower is accessible via a low threshold.
A coat rack is installed in the hallway, which also features a mirror and a small closet.
An outdoor parking space is reserved for you.
Wi-Fi is available (no replacement or refund in case of outage or malfunction).
