In the living area, you’ll find a cozy sitting area where you can relax after your excursions in and around Kühlungsborn.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and features a large closet.
The bedroom also provides direct access to the apartment’s west-facing balcony.
Integrated into the living area is the kitchenette, which is equipped for preparing light meals.
In addition to a mini stereo system, the technical amenities include a flat-screen TV.
This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are allowed for a fee from October through June.
Please note that during the high season, you must book a continuous stay or leave a minimum gap of 7, 10, or 14 nights between bookings.
The minimum stay over the New Year’s holiday is 5 nights.
The parking spaces for the house are located behind the entire complex. Please drive all the way around the complex.
Parking space No. 16 is assigned to your apartment.
Both utility costs and the parking space are already included in the room rate.
