The vacation rental is located in a quiet area of Kühlungsborn West on the basement level and offers plenty of space to relax in its approximately 73 m² of living area.
The spacious, light-filled dining area flows seamlessly into the open-concept living room, which features a sleeper sofa and a large flat-screen TV.
Through the large glass walls in the dining area, you can look out onto your terraces and the garden, which you’re welcome to use.
The kitchen is equipped with a 4-zone stovetop so you can prepare light meals.
Additional kitchen appliances include a dishwasher, a microwave, a capsule/pod coffee maker, and a drip coffee maker.
To help you recharge after your outings, there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed.
In addition to a sink and toilet, the bathroom features a walk-in shower.
The apartment is non-smoking and offers free Wi-Fi access.
Pets are welcome.
Two parking spaces, one behind the other, are available directly next to the house.
Please note that during peak season, you must book a continuous stay or leave a gap of at least 7, 10, or 14 nights between bookings.
